The inner gear ring
Planetary gear, internal gear and the planet frame the same axis, is refers to the tooth part at the
inner side of the circular workpiece commonly known as inner gear. The inner gear ring more
extensive application range are generally in mass production.
Material:
The inner gear ring material mainly uses the gear steel, such as 17CrNiMo6, 18CrNiMo7-6,
20CrNiMo and so on.
Useful:
The gear box of the inner gear ring is mainly used in various sectors of the inside, for example:
wind power gear box, gear box and so on cement mill.
Manufacturing process:
Forged after finishing, quenching and tempering, after milling, carburizing, then grinding,
after reaching the requirements of the drawings.

30% prepayment by T/T, the balance against the receipt of the correct test certificates or as per cutstomer’s suggestion.
Packaging Details:
Individual plastic wrapping, fumigation-free wooden pallet or steel shelf. All wood to fumigated in accordance with ISPM 15
